Terrific biscuits and gravy! Loved the Texas Benedict and Wild Side breakfasts! Very friendly people in this historic town.

Great breakfast and lunch place. It was a little quiet when we walked in. Waitress was young yet was doing her best and really appreciated her willingness to work and help. Cook was amazing, we ordered a 3 sides for the kids since they were picky and cook divided the order in 2 and plated everything for the kids. We got the breakfast burrito and it was light and great. Would go back for sure.

This establishment was a godsend considering this town only has one other place that offers food (which is excellent) , and that's in the evening. The Dinky Diner offers breakfast and lunch. My BF and I had breakfast. I ordered a basic breakfast with eggs, bacon and toast and potatoes. The eggs were cooked perfectly and everything tasted delicious. The service was very good and the price was right.

Thanks gals for fast service & fresh food! Burgers, chx sandwich & fries all cooked to perfection and the town itself is fun to wander and explore. You don't feel like a gut bomb on the next big stretch to your next destination.

Every time I come into town Dinkys is a must for me. Small moms and pops diner. The restaurant is small but cozy and the service is ok. However I haven't been disappointed in the food as far but today I wasn't warned that there is raw onions in the house salad and I'm highly allergic to them so that wasn't good at all. Wish it did mention that on the menu but other than that food was goodWhen they have their BBQs, it's so delicious, maybe not fall off the bone, but still very good flavor. Love small restaurants like this. Prices are still AMAZING and at least they are not price gouging the public. Kudos to the owner for keeping it homely and affordable.

Cute little diner in Goldfield, it has yummy food, good service, and lots to see inside!

Excellent little diner, worth a visit while visiting the local car forest. Its name accurately describes it as dinky. We were able to order quickly, the food was delivered in a timely manner, hot and delicious. The food was definitely fresh and quality. The BLT had thick bacon. The fries were hot out of the fryer. Service was ok, nothing over the top. Definitely worth visiting for a quality meal while in the area.

Perfect stopping point on our trip from Vegas to South Lake Tahoe. Had breakfast, excellent diner style food. Service was great and everyone was friendly. Plan to stop again on our return trip.

We were passing through town and it was really friggen' cold, so we opted to grab some food in between exploring. I ordered the club, while my friend got one of the last two veggie burgers. The food was good ol' diner comfort food, and the service was very pleasant. - with some tips of places to check out while in town. Only thing I'll say is that they were likely understaffed and they were cooking one table order at a time, which meant we waited about 30-35 minutes for ours. So my advice is to just not be in a rush in this sleepy ol' town.
